Ever since its foundation in 1997 in Limassol (Cyprus), Steelway LTD is a company that specializes in the construction of prefabricated, galvanized-steel frame houses. Steelway LTD offers the Cyprus society the opportunity to build their houses with less money, less time and certainly less stress. The prefabricated steel houses the company offers have a lot of advantages -in comparison with the traditional ones we used to build - amongst which the fact that they are antiseismic, fireproof, soundproofing and damp proofing.
Steelway LTD is a close corporation with Mr. Dionysios Dionysiou as its main manager, principal stockholder and head-director. He is a young, active businessman from Limassol (Cyprus), who has received special theoretical and practical training concerning the construction of such houses in the United States of America (USA) and in Mexico.
The company-staff also consists of many other members of the family (General Management, Staff Management, Counting Room, Sales Management), who work jointly for its development and its well being. Steelway Homes LTD occupies also a number of specialized executives and cooperators such as Interior Architects, Civil Engineers, Quantity Measurers, Geologists, Lawyers, Auditors and Economic Councilors.
Till recently the construction services of the company were being offered depending on the customer’s order, request and preferences. Therefore the company also deals with several imports of products related to such constructions.

Thus being based on the encouragement of its clients on one hand, and in the perspectives of possible accession of Cyprus in the European Union on the other hand, the company’s administration has unanimously decided for its further expansion.
